‣ The client acknowledges that the product is fully digital and that there is no physical version nor physical goods (including shipping) required to be sent to the client. The final product (being solely the digital artwork) will be provided to the client.
‣ I, the artist, hazu_t, have the right to reject any commission order.PROCESS & REVISIONS
‣ Work-in-progress images (Sketch -> Lineart & Base Colours -> Finish) will be provided to the client to check in on the progress of the artwork and any revisions needed from the client.
‣ Revision charges will depend on my own discretion and judgment; minor revisions are usually free of charge during the process.
‣ Any revisions deemed by the artist to be major will incur additional fees (discussed beforehand with the client).
‣ Confirmation of the progress images of the artwork must be done within two (2) weeks, otherwise, it is automatically assumed that no changes are required and progress will continue regardless.
‣ The artist will not be held liable due to any late responses (any later than 2 weeks) from the client.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
‣ Estimated completion time is around 5-6 months (typically less than that).
However, there may be life circumstances that can cause delays. I will communicate with the client in such cases.
‣ Please do not inquire about the progress of the artwork within the first month. The client is free to ask about progress every one (1) month after that.
The client is NOT to pressure or rush the artist to complete the commission unless a deadline was agreed on beforehand.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
‣ Full rights to the artwork are retained by the artist, hazu_t.
‣ Credit to me, the artist (hazu_t), is required when appropriate (eg. reposting the artwork), but is optional when used for casual purposes (icons etc.); as long as the client does not claim another party (aside from the artist, hazu_t) has drawn the artwork or claim rights to the artwork.
‣ The client may slightly filter the produced artwork if they so wish (as long as the artwork largely retains its original appearance). However, any other edits and alterations of my artwork are prohibited.
‣ It is PROHIBITED to use any version of my artwork, including work-in-progress images or sketches, for Artificial Intelligence (AIs) purposes or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS:
‣ The client can only use personal use commissions for personal, non-commercial purposes. The produced artwork is NOT allowed to be used for promotional, profit, or brand use.
‣ I, the artist, retain the right to use, sell (include in artbooks, etc.), and share any version of the artwork, including any work-in-progress images, publicly without needing consent from the client.COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSIONS:
‣ If the artist and client have discussed and agreed for the artwork to be used commercially beforehand, then the client is granted commercial rights to use the artwork for the discussed commercial purposes.
‣ Commercial use includes 1) Content, promotional and or brand use (streaming, Vtuber, Youtube etc.), and 2) Merchandise (for selling purposes, whether digital or physical).
‣ Commercial use artwork will be charged a higher fee for commercial use.
‣ The artist also retains the right to use commercial use commissions (namely for portfolio purposes) unless otherwise agreed upon.NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
‣ If the client wants the artist to refrain from sharing the artwork and its work-in-progress for a specific period of time, it must be discussed before the commencement of the service.
‣ Confidentiality during the early period, before the commencement of the service to three (3) months after the artwork is completed, will be free of charge. However, any confidentiality period exceeding three (3) months from completion of the artwork will incur an additional NDA fee (total price x2). Please discuss this with me beforehand.
‣ The artist retains the right to publicly use and share the deliverable after the agreed-upon date with the client.REFUNDS
Cancelling Commission

- Before I start, the money will be fully refunded to you. You receive no artwork in return.
You cannot cancel once I start sketching unless I am unable to complete your commission. I will issue a full refund in the case that I am unable to finish the commission (regardless of the stage of progress).COMMUNICATION
Communication between the artist and client can be done through Discord (preferably), Instagram, or Twitter (please check that direct messages are open to everyone).

Q: Can I provide a scribble as a reference for you to draw?
A: Yes, that'd be immensely helpful. Regardless of how scribby it is. Refer to below for an example.

Q: Can I use/repost your art?
A: No, only with my permission. It is also impermissible to use my artwork for profit. As for commissioned artwork, no one except the client and myself is allowed to post and use it.Q: Why was I blocked?
A: I block people freely to curate my own experience online for various reasons, it's usually nothing personal. If you think it was a mistake, I would suggest contacting me from a different account.
